Website Introduction
Kingston Churches Housing Association (KCHA) is delighted to welcome everyone to our new website. We trust that you will find it engaging, informative and easy to use.
The website will be refreshed on a weekly basis with all news, events and policies being available to you at the earliest opportunity. Our ongoing plan is to link the site to social media platforms and for all of our residents to have their own portal where they can access rent statements, check on repairs status and access all correspondence. We have invested significant time and resources into our digital strategy in order to be able to communicate with your 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
2020 was a challenging year for all of us and had a huge impact on the way in which we delivered our services to you. Communication has been the most important function in our ability to listen to you, respond to your needs and exceed your expectations with your homes and related services. The key part of our new site is to encourage you to communicate right back. Whether it is just be using the website regularly as a source of information and service access, or by completing our feedback surveys in order to tell us what we are getting right or wrong.
You will also find the usual sections making it simple to report a repair, pay your rent and notify us of any issues that are concerning you in your home or neighbourhood. We have also update our policies section, giving you access to may more.
Importantly we want visitors to our site to understand this is your website too. Your continued engagement, ideas and suggestions will help us to continually improve and evolve the site. The more you contact us, the more this website will start to serve your needs.
Calling all talented tenants
We don’t want the site to be all about information and news though, so there will also be a dedicated section for residents that may be budding or accomplished artists, poets or photographers. If chosen, your work will be displayed on its very own page for a minimum of one month, after which it can be added to an archive section with your permission. Entries will be considered from everyone of all ages.
Please take a look around and give us your feedback.
Best regards
Team KCHA
