Tenant Support and Wellbeing Service
It’s been a difficult year for everyone in terms of mental health and well-being, work and dealing with the absence or loss of loved ones. Here at KCHA, we want all our tenants to know that we care.
New for 2021, KCHA is introducing the Tenant Support and Well-being Service (TSWS) from Life & Progress. The TSWS offers support on a wide range of family, personal and work issues including but not limited to:
• Health and well-being information
• Mental health and well-being
• Family matters
• Managing debt
• Workplace issues
• Your rights as a consumer
Available to all our tenants and their household members from anywhere, 24 hours a day. Just call the freephone number 0330 094 8845 or go online to www.tsws-assist.co.uk with your username and password provided in the recent Spring 2021 mailing. The service is anonymous and confidential, so you will be able to discuss all your concerns in complete confidence.
Calum, Karen and Trudi will still be available to provide advice and guidance on all your tenancy management issues, we just wanted to increase our offer to you and provide additional round the clock support services.
As this is a new offer to tenants, we would really appreciate your feedback on how it is working in practice, or how you feel just knowing it is there if you need it.

At KCHA we regularly review the contracts we have in place, but you are the best judge of many of the services that we provide specifically to you. Your feedback will enable us to provide the services that you want, and to manage the contracts that are not fulfilling a service to the properties or you, including replacing or terminating them.
