Welcome to Kingston Churches Housing Association​

Kingston Churches Housing Association (KCHA) is a locally based housing association operating mainly in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, but with additional properties in Elmbridge Borough Council and the London Borough of Merton.

We were formed in 1964, we now own and manage 275 units of housing. This is made up of a mix of general needs housing (for single people, couples, single parents and families), sheltered housing for older persons and fifteen self-contained homes for intermediate rent

Estate Walkabouts:
June to September 2025

Your housing officers Jodie and Kim will be on your Estates monthly to check the area you live for things like cleanliness of communal areas and grounds maintenance (if applicable)

Our newly introduced Estate Walkabouts are a great opportunity for you as residents to know when your Housing Officer will be in your area. They would love for you to come and say Hi and have a chat with them in person!
