Tenant Engagement
Sculpture Park - Churt
Our first trip of the year was a trip to the Sculpture Park in Churt, Exhibiting over 650 different sculptures from around 300 renowned and emerging artists, the sculpture park offers different trails around the natural woodland, lakes and natural springs with a variety of fauna and flora.
Our words cannot do it justice, so please take a look at some of the sample photos from throughout the day. If you haven't been before, we thoroughly recommend it and we will definitely be returning.
We would also like to congratulate our raffle winner Julie Lusung on winning £20 M&S Voucher. Here she is with our Senior Housing Officer, Karen Hart, collecting her prize 😊
It was a great success and we have had some lovely feedback from our residents. Here is what some of them had to say:
“Thank you for organising the lovely coach trip yesterday. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Sculpture Park. Everything was very interesting and well worth seeing. Hats off to you all, Regards. Lorraine”
“Thanks to all concerned for a lovely visit to the Sculpture Park. Wonderful to have a change of scenery and was much appreciated. Wendy”
Note from the Chief Executive –
Over the Summer and into Autumn, we will be carrying out an independent Tenant Satisfaction Survey. This is your opportunity to let us know if we are doing a great job or if there areas where we need to improve. The survey has been reduced from 8 pages to 4 this time, so it will take up much less of your time but still be equally valuable.
The survey will also include Tenancy Satisfaction Measures (TSM) introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing this year. The TSM results will be published on the KCHA website annually from 2024 so that you can see how we are doing.
To encourage a higher completion rate, two completed surveys will be chosen at random to receive a £100 Marks & Spencer voucher each. However, the most important part is that you will be able to give us valuable feedback on how we are performing for you. Forms can be completed anonymously for those of you who prefer, but if you wish for us to follow up on any comments and recommendations, please do not hesitate to ask.
