Chief Executive - CIHCM

Rosscoe is our Chief Executive, although he goes by Ross at work as he finds this saves time. Ross has been with the Association over 15 years and has spoken and met with most of the tenants whilst working out on site or carrying our one of his regular quiz nights for residents at our sheltered schemes.

Ross says: "I started out in Housing over 20 years ago, initially as a favour to a friend, and I soon realised the significance a home places in the happiness and wellbeing of everyone in a community. I particularly like working for a small Association as you get to know each individual tenant and their families, and you can work with them to provide a home and community they are proud of".

Away from the office I have three young children, when I can get away from them, I am usually found watching Formula 1.
