​Karen is our Housing Services Manager and has been with the Association for Over 20 years.  Starting out part time as the Housing Assistant when she had a young family to raise, she then took on bigger roles as her family became less dependent.  Karen is a qualified Chartered Member of the Institute for Housing. 

​Karen Says “During my time with KCHA I have probably spoken to most of our tenants. I enjoy all aspects of my job especially when I know I have helped someone. My hobby is sewing as it helps me relax, and I have recently completed my first quilt".​
