Hi everyone! I’m Jodie, one of the Housing Officers here at Kingston Churches. I joined KCHA in October 2023, fresh out of my Master of Law degree and ready to dive headfirst into the world of housing—learning as I go!

Fast forward a year, and I’ve built strong working relationships with many of our residents and gained hands-on experience in housing. I primarily oversee our sheltered schemes in Long Ditton, New Malden, and Wimbledon, along with a few general needs’ properties. In 2024, I helped 9 tenants secure hardship fund support and assisted 3 tenants in obtaining decorating vouchers. I also organised KCHA’s partnership with HEAT, helping tenants access vital energy support—so if you need guidance on that, feel free to reach out!

When I’m not working, I’m a proud dog mum to my black labrador, Kolbe, who ensures I never miss a morning walk! I’m also a keen runner and currently training for my second half marathon. My first was in October 2024, where I raised funds for a charity supporting children’s education in South Africa, and I’m gearing up for my next challenge in May 2025.​
