Welcome to Kingston Churches Housing AssociationKingston Churches Housing Association (KCHA) is a locally based housing association operating mainly in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, but with additional properties in Elmbridge Borough Council and the London Borough of Merton.
We were formed in 1964, we now own and manage 275 units of housing. This is made up of a mix of general needs housing (for single people, couples, single parents and families), sheltered housing for older persons and fifteen self-contained homes for intermediate rent |

Welcome Jodie!KCHA would like to give a warm welcome to Jodie Kirk who has joined us through Charityworks as our new Trainee Housing Officer. Jodie has achieved an LLB (Hons) specialising in Human rights and LLM specialising in International Human rights at City University London.
We look forward to supporting Jodie, alongside Charityworks as she starts her career in the Housing Sector. It is great to have you on board Jodie |
